Experts and first movers discuss concepts for tomorrow’s mobility and logistics
In light of climate change, obsolete infrastructure, diesel bans and the threat of gridlock in metropolitan areas, the question as to how we will be getting from A to B in future is more urgent than ever. At Hypermotion from 26 to 28 November 2019, experts and first movers will be getting together to discuss new concepts for tomorrow’s mobility and logistics.
Avoiding traffic jams and gridlock with intelligent systems and sensors
Patience is required on Germany’s motorway network: according to the 2018 ADAC Traffic Jam Report , there are 2,000 traffic jams per day on average, resulting in 1.5 million kilometres of stopped traffic. Innovative solutions that help to prevent traffic jams and gridlock in urban areas will be on display at Hypermotion from 26 to 28 November 2019.

Travelling to the office in an autonomously driven car, taking an air taxi to the nearest airport and having a package delivered by drone? When Hypermotion takes place for the third time from 26 to 28 November 2019 in Frankfurt am Main, it will be showcasing the pioneering concepts and smart solutions that already exist for tomorrow’s mobility and logistics, with a particular focus on interdisciplinary approaches. This year marks the first time that the German Mobility Congress (DMK) is being held as part of Hypermotion. The congress is organised by the German Association of Transport Sciences (DVWG), the Rhein-Main Verkehrsverbund (Rhine/Main Regional Transport Association – RMV) and the House of Logistics & Mobility (HOLM).
