Messe Frankfurt Logistics Services

The Cargo Center is the logistics hub for the Frankfurt exhibition grounds. Thanks to its central location, close proximity and deliveries tailored to the requirements of trade fair logistics, this centre provides for the accelerated transport of goods to and from the exhibition halls.

Forklifts and cranes for unloading your trucks, deliveries through our Cargo Center warehouse to your stand, storage of empty packing materials and goods/equipment during the trade fair, and much, much more. Messe Frankfurt Logistics Services offers you the full range of logistics services on the exhibition grounds.

We would be happy to support you with our logistics services. The overview of prices for our logistics services includes all the services you can order from us, along with their prices. We invoice all orders on a stand-specific basis, and are able to offer attractive, volume-based prices for many of our services for these stand-specific orders.

If you require ancillary services that are not included in the official scale of charges (e.g. packing materials, scissor lifts, customs clearances etc.), please enquire directly with our logistics partners Agility Logistics and DHL Trade Fairs & Events.

Ordering logistics services is easy

You can order from us at any time by sending us a fax or email – no special form is required. Or you can use our order forms – when these are completely filled out, they provide us with all the most important and necessary information, and we can largely avoid requests for additional information.

These forms are particularly convenient for those who need to order a great deal, as you can save the forms with your master data – this means that you only need to enter the details of the specific orders on subsequent forms.

In our shipment information, you will find answers to such questions as:

  • By what time do we need to receive your notifications/orders?
  • What is the latest time at which freight/goods can arrive?
  • What are the precise addresses to which things are to be sent?
  • Where do truck drivers register on the exhibition grounds?

Due to the fact that goods can either be unloaded directly in front of the exhibition halls using forklifts / mobile cranes, or delivered to the stand via our Cargo Center warehouse, we have prepared information for you for both options.

Shipping labels for the Cargo Center

In order to make things easier, we have prepared shipping labels for your freight shipments to the Cargo Center. You can simply fill these in and print them out using any computer.

For freight shipments consisting of multiple packing units, we have added another convenient function for you. All you have to do is enter the total number of packing units, and your printer will automatically print consecutively numbered labels for each of them.

Registration for new customers

Registration for new customers

Are you a freight forwarder or stand construction company and you are not yet a Messe Frankfurt customer?

If so, you can register as a Messe Frankfurt customer. You will find a customer registration application here. Simply fill out the application and return it to us by email, fax or post. As soon as you have been assigned your customer number, you will be able to order services that will be billed to you after the trade fair has ended.

If you do not have a customer number, you can still order services by paying in advance using cash, “EC cards” (debit cards) or credit cards. The cash desk in the Cargo Center is open throughout the official set-up and dismantling phases, as well as during the advance set-up phase.
